      1, Food grade glycine:
      (1) Used as flavoring agent, sweeting agent, corrigent, buffering agent, additive etc..
      (2) Used as preservative for peanut butter.
      (3) It has buffer action to the taste of salt and vinegar.
      (4) Used as phagostimulant in feedstuffs additive.
      (5) Bitterness removing agent of saccharin sodium salt.
      (6) Used as stabilizer of cream\cheese\magarine\wheat flour and lard oil.
      (7) Used in stabilizing Vitamin C in food processing.
      2, Medicine grade glycine:
      (1) Used as drugs for microorganism and metabolism of amine acid research.
      (2) Used as material for synthesizing aureomycin buffering agent etc..
      (3) Used as amino acid transfusion.
      (4) Used as material for cephalosporin;thiamphenicol intermediate;
